Kulim Hi-Tech Park in Malaysia’s Budget 2017

Pembentangan Bajet 2017.

New Prime Commercial Land Development Agreement Inked – Koperasi Tunas Muda Sungai Ara Berhad

Kulim Hi-Tech Park received more good news when Koperasi Tunas Muda Sungai Ara Berhad (KTMSAB) has firmed up their decision to take up a 17.9 acre prime land to develop a multi-modern commercial development that includes a hotel and a shopping complex at a gross development cost of about RM160 million over a 6-year period. The development site is bordered by the busy Lebuhraya Perdana and the newly-completed KHTP Sports Complex.

The decision to proceed with this development is timely given the existing plans to expand Kulim Hi-Tech Park by Kulim Technology Park Corporation Sdn Bhd, as well as the presence of an astute 85-point programmes by the Kedah Government to transform the surrounding Kulim area into a greater economic region.
